The Mysterious Old Man

A long time ago, a mother and father had three sons. 

One day the eldest son went to the forest to chop wood. His mother made some delicious sandwiches and a bottle of juice for him to take with him. When he entered the forest, the little old man said, “Hi, I would really like to take a bite of your sandwich and drink a drop of this delicious-looking juice. You see, I'm so hungry and thirsty.”

The boy is sitting on a log and eating a sandwich. The other man is standing with his hands on his hips.

But the eldest son said, “No way! Can I give you my sandwich and juice? Of course not, old man, go away.”

The old man wasn't very happy about it.

Soon the eldest son began chopping wood with a large axe. But he was clumsy, and the axe came down and cut his leg. He had to go home so his mother could put a Band-Aid on.
